6-Way Concrete Base

Features:

• The Ø 1000mm precast base provides the foundation,
  channelling, benching and starter ring in one complete unit
• Inlet knockouts are available for fitment from 0°, 45° and
  90° into the Ø 150mm channels
• Complete with a 100mm thick precast base, this
  500mm high unit makes the construction of a manhole easy
• (Starter rings with precast bases on larger diameter
  manholes can be cored according to client specifications).

Type 2A & 2C Concrete Lids

Features:

  “check plate” imprint on the top.

Median Barriers

Our median barriers are robust, double
sided, high quality precast units that can be used not only to delineate traffic but also as sectional dividers in stock yards. Made from high strength 40 MPa concrete, at a length of 2 meters and weighing just over 1800 kg, these units can be installed with confidence as an effective containment solution. The units are manufactured with an interlocking joint system that eliminates the need for fish plates and the open channels at the bottom makes for easy handling with a forklift.

Air Valve Chambers

The air valve chamber is a sectionalized structure designed and developed to provide the industry with a high quality, accurate and long lasting method of erecting chambers. Incorporating specially designed step irons, the chambers are easy to install, can be made watertight and can be erected in hours rather
than days.

All units are fitted with lifting sockets to facilitate safe, easy and effective handling. All units are manufactured with interlocking joints.

Sump/Pump Station Chambers

Toilets

These practically indestructible precast toilets are designed to accommodate waterborne, chemical or pit latrine systems, small bore or soak away septic tanks, conservancy tanks or virtually any alternative sewage system.

Ideal for waterborne systems the toilets are available with any combination of toilet pans, showers, taps and wash trough basins. Basins are transported separately and easily fitted to the structure on site.

The integral floor has been designed for effective drainage and to provide the structure with a solid base to stand on which results in little foundation preparations.

Pipework, where applicable, is fitted on the inside of the toilet wall and pressure tested.

Wash Troughs

• Our wash trough basin is an optional extra for the Infra Precast Toilet
• Manufactured from 45 MPa concrete, the wash trough weighs only
• 80 kilograms and has a capacity of 60 litres
• Supplied with a 40mm diameter waste hole and two fitment holes, the wash trough is a useful addition to the toilet structure.

Bus Shelters

This aesthetically pleasing structure with optional side panels is one of the latest additions to the infrastructure product range.

Purpose-made and maintenance free, these structures provide a safe shelter for passengers from the harshest environmental conditions. Lifting holes and cast-in sockets facilitate safe and effective handling on site.

Kerb Inlet (Catchpit)

• Sidewalk mounted catch pits are available in two depth sizes: 400mm and 700mm
• The top slab of the catch pit, which has a non slip surface, allows for easy access for cleaning purposes
• The front of the unit can be fitted with either a barrier or a roll-over piece depending on the installation
• Catch pits are designed to be used in conjunction with an inlet kerb, the profile of which matches any standard kerb
• Supply of matching inlet channels may be arranged for use in kerb and channel situations
• These precast units have an inflow area of 0.142m2.
